We really hope you love your Casamera purchase but if for some reason you're not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days.

1. If there's any kind of defect in the product you received, please send us an email at support@casamera.com with a description/image of the defect and we would be more than happy to replace it for you.

2. If you're not happy with the item and you'd like to return it for a refund, a $20 or 20% restocking fee will apply. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

3. If you'd like to exchange an item you purchased with a different size or color, a small fee will apply to cover the shipping cost for your replacement.

Please note: We do not accept returns on discounted items, items that have been washed/used, and items purchased on a different platform.
